On June 19, 2005, WoolEye gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

On the subect of lossy supplements, Joel also replied:

WoolEye supports the free, non-commercial, fan based distribution of it's music in both digital and non-digital formats. Any commercial usage by any site, ad, offer, or other communication or media in conjunction with WoolEye music is strictly prohibited. Soundboard access will be available on a show by show basis. In addition, WoolEye currently supports an open photography policy at all shows. NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY. No video recording of any kind is permitted without prior written permission. WoolEye and it's management retain all rights to all music, images, and likenesses. These policies may be amended or adjusted as deemed necessary. Thanks for supporting WoolEye!
